Swift Boat Sailors Memorial

The “Letters” exhibit portrays personal correspondence sent between Swift Boat Sailors and their loved ones at home.  These handwritten letters capture honest exchanges during war.  They help to convey the sometime mundane routine, raw emotions, snippets of life and the need for connection to the life left behind during service.  Please use the left and right arrows located in the middle/sides of the slideshow or click on the dots under the pages to navigate through the images.
